Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
We deliver all orders through reliable courier partners across Pakistan.
Standard delivery time is:
- 3–6 business days for major cities
- 5–8 business days for other areas
(Please allow additional time during sales, seasonal events or high-volume periods.)
Shipping Charges
- Standard Delivery: Variable based on your checkout location
- Any available discounts or free-shipping offers will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can track your parcel directly on the courier partner’s website.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Inactive phone number
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
If a parcel returns due to the above reasons, the customer is responsible for reshipping charges.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers will make 2 delivery attempts. If both fail, the order may be returned to us.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Photos or video of the parcel/product
- Your name and contact details
We will investigate and assist you promptly.
