1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • You notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Size issues (please check size charts before ordering)
  • Items bought on sale or during special promotions

2. How to Request a Return

If you received a damaged, incorrect, or faulty item:

  1. Send us a message within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos or a video of the issue
    • Your name and phone number
  3. Our support team will review your case and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Refunds

We provide refunds only if the product delivered is:

  • Damaged
  • Broken
  • Incorrect

Approved refunds will be processed as:

  • Store credit or
  • Refund to original payment method (if applicable)

Refund processing time: 3–7 working days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged items

If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will provide store credit.


5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Sale items
  • Promo or discounted items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear)
  • Any item not reported within 24 hours of delivery

7. Courier Return / Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Wrong phone number
  • Customer not answering calls
  • Customer unavailable at delivery

The customer is responsible for reshipping charges.
